Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026. This English version is the authoritative version.

This policy explains what information Haena Family ("we", "us") at haenafamily.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We do not require accounts and we do not ask you for personal information to play.

1. Information we and our partners collect

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages requested in order to deliver and secure the site. If you email us, we receive your email address and message.

2. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use localStorage in your browser only to remember your language choice and your best game scores. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us. Third parties described below may set cookies or use similar technologies on our pages.

3. Advertising: Google AdSense and DoubleClick

We may use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners, including the DoubleClick advertising cookie, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings or www.aboutads.info. See also how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

4. Third-party vendors

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits. Other ad vendors and measurement providers may also receive data through Google's advertising services. We do not control their cookies; please read their own policies.

5. Data retention

We do not keep personal data on our own servers beyond emails you send us, which we retain only as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterward. Hosting logs are kept by Cloudflare under its own retention schedule. Advertising cookies expire according to Google's settings.

6. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (including cross-context behavioral advertising), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Advertising cookies set by Google may count as "sharing" under California law. Use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer or Google's consent tool to opt out, or email us. We honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where technically feasible.

7. European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases are your consent (for advertising cookies and similar technologies, collected through Google's consent message) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries with appropriate safeguards.

8. Brazil (LGPD)

If you are in Brazil, you have the rights granted by the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Law No. 13.709/2018), including confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and revocation of consent. Contact us at the email below to exercise these rights.

9. Other Latin American visitors

Visitors from Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and other Latin American countries may have similar rights under their local data protection laws. We will respond to access, correction and deletion requests regardless of where you live.

10. Children (COPPA)

Haena Family is a general-audience website. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
